Teaching

My goal as an educator is to help students think like social scientists – to question assumptions, evaluate evidence, and critically examine the world around them. I believe students learn best when they are both challenged and supported, which is why I build my classrooms around radical empathy, student autonomy, and active learning.

Below are syllabi from courses I have taught.

Techniques of Data Analysis (SOC2102 at The George Washington University)
Sociology of Terrorism and Extremism (SOC2189 at The George Washington University)
Senior Research Seminar (SOC4195W at The George Washington University)
